They were efficiently and clean and appeared to really care about the work they were doing. Without a question, we would use Horizon Roofing again!

We had rotten wood in the eaves of my house. After estimates from 4 different roofing companies, we hired Horizon Roofing.  They did a great job! They inspected the roof and wrote up a very reasonable estimate while at my house. Then, they made all the repairs in the same week. Francisco Garcia was most efficient and professional. On-time. Did work as requested at a reasonable rate. Rate quoted ahead of time and Francisco completed job at that rate. Very thorough as he checked other roof tiles for any problem. Also, secured proper nails for the tiles. Would highly recommend for any roofing work.

This is the second time I've used Frank's services and they did not disappoint. He and his son showed up as expected and did a great job taking off the old roof and replacing it with a new one. They did the entire job as promised and left the surrounding area as clean as when they started. He even went the extra mile to repaint the eaves which I didnt expect! Horizon roofing came out a couple years ago and and fixed our doorand chimney from leaking when no other company would. This year we hired them to replace our 2 story roof and before they could get to us our roof leaked into our living room. They came out and put plastic on the roof so we stayed dry until they could put the new roof on. We had a lot of wood replaced as well as the new roof. I highly recommend Horizon roofing for all your roofing needs.

We would describe our experience with our roof replacement from Horizon Roofing as a nightmare that has saddled us with unnecessary expenses, aggravation, and wasted time. Frank, the owner, is at the heart of our dissatisfaction. Frank provided the initial inspection and estimate to replace our roof, he was involved in the actual installation of the roof, and he has been our only source of contact. Initially, Frank was responsive and gained our trust, but that deteriorated over time, and now we regret our decision to hire Frank.

I got 2 separate roof leaks after a rainstorm in December of 2019. I had an idea of the scope of the work and repairs needed since I am a long time home owner and have had several leaks repaired on several homes. I got quotes from Parkside Roofing, Tom Byer Roofing Service, Prestige of California Roofing & Solutions, and one guy I had used in the past. All were licensed roofing contractors, but the quotes came in higher than I felt was warranted, so I bit the bullet and decided to get even more quotes.

Horizon Roofing was professional, polite, and great pricing. The roof looks great and Frank does quality work. He was very detailed in his quote and over the phone explaining everything to me.

I had several roofing contractors bid on doing maintenance repairs on my roof. Horizon was able to give the most competitive quote and it was thorough. Once I decided to continue with them, I set up the repair date for the next week. What is very important for me about any contractor is do they show up on time and do the work that they indicated. Their team arrived on schedule and did their repairs without any surprises. The following week, I had another contractor do additional work on the outside of house. I asked them to verify if the roof was in good order and they indicated to me that

Called horizon to come out to perform a bid on a roof leak. Frank wouldn't even go on top of the roof to take a look making excuses saying it's a 3 story building and that the ladders are heavy (what?). He then proceeded to quote me for a repair, which I called him on not even going to the roof to take a look. I've never seen anyone look so dumbfounded like I was just supposed to roll with it? I wasted my time waiting for this and listening to excuses. I'm surprised this company has a 4 star rating.

Professional, responsive, reliable. To say the least, we are extremely pleased with the quality of work. Francisco made sure every detail was handled and did a great job. We would highly recommend him to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

My detached garage needed roof repair. 20 feet x 26 feet. Replacement (asphalt composite) on the the side facing south. The facia boards had some dry rot and termite issues as well. I was referred to Horizon through a friend who had some work done on his roof. I called and Fransisco came over to inspect and review the job. He took the time to look at everything, then wrote up an estimate while at my house. (VERY REASONABLE AND FAIR) Francisco called me as he had a cancellation so he could move up the repair date. His crew prepped the area with plastic to keep everything clean during the replacement

Frank is very professional and honest person. He offered us a reasonable, affordable price. He also provided us photos to show us what he has fixed for us. Very happy with his service. Highly recommended.

As far as I know, they did a great job. I'll know for sure by the next rain... but I did like the company's warranty on their work. My neighbor came by and hired them on the spot. I would have given a five-star review but they did not confirm my appointment time and showed up a bit late. Overall, I'm happy to have my roof repaired before the storm!
