Element Architectural Group was established as an entrepreneurial Architectural firm under the name Altman Architects in 1996 by its Principal and Owner Mr. Brian Altman. Brian Altman has been a licensed Architect in the States of New Jersey and New York since 1992 and has dedicated his career specializing in all types of commercial and private projects.

From the very beginning, the firms mission focused on multi-faceted Architectural projects and the design of commercial, corporate, and private residential. These types of projects provided Mr. Altman and the other members of the firm the level of involvement, complexity and responsibility that's associated with these types of challenging and time sensitive projects and they account for a large percentage of the current workload in the office each and every year.

Residential Report

Our firm provided this client with designs for interior alterations as well as an extension to their existing home. Interior work included a new kitchen and opening up the dining and living space. The addition contained a new Great Room with picture windows, a cathedral ceiling and new stone fireplace.

Trying to find a company to work on a small project so quickly has not been easy lately. An existing powder room needed to be expanded with a full shower stall on the first floor. Brian came highly recommended by two separate resources and did not disappoint. Brian and his staff listened to our needs, very accessible for questions and quick to respond. The fast turnaround with the drawings was greatly appreciated. Now we can go ahead with our next phase of construction.
