Laurence E. Parisi, AIA is a practicing architect in the states of New York and New Jersey and is a licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey. He incorporated Laurence E. Parisi, P.C. in 1977, as a professional corporation in order to practice in his professional career. He has provided architectural design, planning and construction services for over 40 years.
He has also served as expert witness and provided expert reports for construction related litigation. Mr. Parisi is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Architecture degree. He is also a graduate of the Institute of Design & Construction. He served as an adjunct professor of architecture at New York Institute of Technology and has taught summer sessions at the NYIT Design Studio in Rome, Italy.
Mr. Parisi is a member of the New Jersey Society of Architects and served as the 2012 President of AIA-NJ, The New Jersey Society of Architects. He has served on the Executive Board since 2004. As founder and Chair of the AIA-NJ Homeland Security Committee, Mr. Parisi has coordinated NJ Disaster Assistance and Recovery for communities affected by Hurricane Sandy.

Facade-Masonry Restoration, 1928 Original Federal Greek Revival: The project consists of an in-depth study of issues surrounding the failure of structural elements, restoration of cast stone columns, capitals, pediments, portico and column base and clock tower restoration of cornices requiring replacement.
Fort Lee School No. 1: Facade restoration - the original brick constructed in the turn of the century was deteriorating shortly after construction. The remedy at that time was to cover the brick with a brick face stucco that was dangerously falling apart. The new facade was applied after removing the stucco and solidifying the original brick and installing a new facade well anchored to the conditioned masonry.
A long established fine stationary company added a 5,000 square foot addition to their existing facility. This rendering depicts the new addition done for the Beechwood Press Office Warehouse, located in Union City, New Jersey. Proposed Office Building/ Restaurant Catering located located in North Bergen, New Jersey.
This popular pub located in Jersey City required necessary renovation to its kitchen ventilation and sprinklers to be up to date with code requirements. The Shore House formally know as MaGee's West Side Tavern has a historical background related to a famous ship wreck of "The John Minturn" where survivors were cared for at the Shore House.
