On Sept. 22 the board of directors of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority reappointed Charles Sarlo vice chairman of the board. The board of directors also reappointed Charles chairman of the Real Estate Committee, member of the Audit Committee, and member of the Policy Committee.

The Frank J. Gargiulo Campus was a grand vision: 350,000 square feet on 20 acres; a 10,000 square foot skylight; a design that outwardly represented the progressive, innovative and specialized learning that happened there. Making it all happen in 27 months - a year less than most similar projects - required 20 professional services firms, hundreds of skilled tradespeople and a reasoned, yet inventive, approach to design.
Following a rebrand that repositioned SB One in the banking marketplace, the bank needed to create the physical manifestation of their mission to provide a more personal banking experience, without the traditional physical division of client and banker by glass, counters and desks. The project resulted in a luxury retail experience that provides a personal, yet private, touch.
