John S. Cohen formulates and develops the firm's design philosophy and is responsible for firm-wide management. He is responsible for staffing, budgeting and quality control for all projects. As the lead administrator, he oversees the design, construction document production, cost estimating, specification writing, code compliance, and construction coordination.
