Khamir Patel is the Founder, President and CEO of KHP Homes. Since early on, Khamir was fascinated by the construction process and had the opportunity to be involved alongside his father on multiple hotel construction and renovation projects in Florida. While his father continued on in the hospitality industry, more specifically operations and day-to-day management, Khamir further developed his interest in construction.
Steel Framing and Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) are generally known and accepted as being more energy-efficient when compared to traditional stick-frame construction. However, higher perceived cost has been a major deterrent for most builders and home owners. At KHP Homes, we have spent the last decade refining our building process with Steel Frame and Steel SIP panels in mind.

We researched multiple custom home builders over the course of two years before finding and choosing KHP Homes. Right from the start, we felt they were the builder for us. Owner Khamir Patel and his team are not just knowledgeable, but kind and the absolute definition of integrity. That’s HUGE. You hear so many scary stories out there. I had a great experience working with the KHP team. They were reliable, and were able to stay on track and mindful of the budget. I was also impressed by their quality and energy efficient options. KHP Homes built us a great little detached in-law home. We were nervous because we have never built a house before, but the owner and staff were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable through the complete process. They helped us come up with the design and gave many ideas and recommendations throughout the build. The house had to be built at a pretty quick pace so my mother in-law could move in by a certain date. They met the date and were true to their quote. KHP Homes built our dream house near the beach. It was so delightful to work with such professional people who did what, when, and how they said they would do it and in such a courteous manner. They displayed ingenuity, quality materials, and superior craftsmanship. This company went beyond what was expected of them. I would strongly urge anyone who wants savings on energy and insurance to build a SIPs house with Khamir and company. We get a great break on insurance because we have a "superior build". The whole team is to be commended. Absolute innovation!

KHP is a top notch home builder. They don't meander or cut corners. They stick to deadlines and even when bringing in subcontractors are meticulous enough to bring in only Licensed, Insured, and bonded ones. Sonny Goel was personable and very easy to work with and as a Certified Arborist it brings me hope in this world to know that there are some companies like KHP out there that really believe in helping the earth by only utilizing green thumb ideals like energy efficiennt designs and materials that have less of a footprint on our world.
