I have not started the purchase yet as my husband and i are getting a couple prices (shopping around) but i will tell you we have been so stressed out on trying to find a home to purchase we decided why not just build . Heres the thing it seems no one has time to give you the info you need and want and i was so happy and relieved when i called All State and i spoke with a patient and willing person to take the time and answer all my questions and not one time made me feel rushed ignored or like he didnt want or need our buisness he was very kind he listwned and he answered and assured if we needed

We had the pleasure of working with the All State Team in 2020 to build a new home...... Wanted a smaller floor plan but with all the custom works of a luxury home with all features you can think of.....All State was the only one that would deliver this package at an affordable price point. The team was very professional, courteous and consistent. You must be aware of what you want up front so you can manage your expectations.

I wont use anyone else to build my home. From day 1 Dan was honest and forthcoming in all his dealings with us. He was informative, he thought ahead and made sure we were aware and prepared for any unexpected expenses that could arise prior or during the build. I live in Dover Florida.
I did get a quote from you guys to build me a house and your price was way to expensive. The quality of materials you wanted to use to build the house was inferior to other builders. The square footage was over the top as well. We had another builder build our house and are very pleased with the final product at a more affordable price.

They built a house for me. They said it would be about 7 months to build the house from start to finish. It took 2/12 years! Needless to say, that cost me a lot of extra living expenses. The house looks terrible. Half way through the design phase, they needed to either charge me another 8k or remove some square footage.) They approved my floor plan for my price range but then half way through they removed the sqft from the upstairs. They literally cut out a chunk off the roof and it looks like someone sliced a pie out of my second floor. They told me it would look good and that it was a common

Allstate home and Dan Larson were fundamental in building our dream home. We actually had a vision regarding the type of home we wanted and they were able to take our idea and bring it to life. We built a beautiful single floor farm style home with a large open front porch.
