We were unbelievably fortunate to have found the best builder in Tampa Bay!
That is such a superlative statement that on its face it may seem dubious, but let both my wife and I confirm that it is 100% true. Eric Stockland and his team remodeled our 1927 home, which truthfully was a tear down. With his supervision and inspiration he turned an old dilapidated home into probably the finest property that could have been achieved with that home and one of the top properties on Davis Island. This guy is absolutely incredible! His commitment, his passion, his genius, his fidelity, and attention to detail
