Devonshire built our home in 2017, and we are so happy we decided to go with Devonshire after considering 3 custom home builders. Per our research, Devonshire's reputation was very strong, and built quality was the best, per the homes we visited. We are vey happy with our home, from design to built quality. I want to publicly thank Brooke Layton for all her help as my clients transition to the Tampa area. If you are misfortunate enough to own a home next to a Devonshire construction site, be prepared for a year or more of daily hell. Devonshire tore down the house next door to me and allowed the empty lot to become overgrown and a dumping ground while they built 2 other homes on adjacent lots. When they finally cleared the lot to begin construction, they used a crew of very young men operating heavy equipment in a reckless manner. They destroyed and removed my 100 ft fence, felled several mature trees on my property, and caused extensive damage to my landscaping. It has been more than 9 months and

My Father-in-Law and Brother are currently building custom homes with Devonshire and very happy with their experiences thus far. Brooke and Josh (the owners of Devonshire Custom Homes) have a great team of contractors, designers and project managers in place to help the process go efficiently and stay in budget.
