Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Castillo built my house with the cheapest materials and labor available. There is no quality or supervision whatsoever on the type of construction or renovation that he does. He does not inspect the houses before an owner can move in. He is all in for the money.

I definitely do not recommend this builder, at all. In fact, if this was the LAST builder left on Earth, I would figure out how to build a house myself before using this group again. If you do use them, make sure you have a great lawyer, because you're going to need one.
For starters, our home was completed a year later than we were promised. Yes, a YEAR. It was really awesome being strung along and my husband being told "30 more days" month after month and paying month-to-month rent at an apartment, which was way more expensive, but we didn't want to sign another lease because
