As a third party inspector of high performance homes and certifying agent for Energy Star we have the opportunity to see a lot of great houses. One of my favorites is Mark’s latest project that after final energy inspection and testing has taken the record as having the tightest (most energy efficient) building envelope we’ve tested to date!

When we purchased our house in 2006, Peter and Mark told us that they wouldn't abandon us after the closing and the expiration of the one year warranty. Were they ever right! Every time we have needed ANYTHING, no matter how small, they have been there for us. In addition to building a great house, they are truly builders with integrity. As we get ready to sell our house, our only regret is that, sadly, they do not build where we are going.
