Bad quality, incompetent project management, poor customer service
In the second month after moving into our new house, we had a window leak and a door leak because of poor construction quality and no quality control. Several months later we are still dealing with the fixes that are done very slowly and incorrectly so they need to be redone over and over. Add to that 2 showers that were built in violation of code and now being redone. I had to leave my work, research how showers should be correctly done, and tell the subcontractors how to do it because they have no idea what they are doing. All
