Saddleback Termite & Pest Control was established in 2008. We are family owned and operated serving all of Orange Country. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with affordable, efficient and quality service. I have been serving Orange County since 1995. We raised our family in Rancho Santa Margarita and currently live in Laguna Hills.
Saddleback Termite & Pest Control is not just a "Termite Company". We are also a full service pest control company, capable of handling all of your general pest control needs. We have been helping Orange County residents, real estate agents and property managers with their termite control and wood repair needs since 2008.
Saddleback Termite & Pest Control also provides services for Rodent control. Our main objective is to keep disease carrying rodents from entering your house, where they can cause thousands of dollars in damages. Once these little menaces take up residence in your home, they can be difficult to get rid of.
Since your home is probably the largest investment you will make, an annual inspection is recommended. Saddleback Termite & Pest Control offers annual service programs. Fumigations are recommended when Drywood Termite infestations extend into inaccessible areas that are impractical to open for a further inspection or treatment, or when there are just too many infestations on a property to effectively locally treat it.

I have happily been using the termite division of Saddleback on all my listings the past 8 years. I also use them on my own home as they have proven themselves to be honest and reasonably priced. Kevin has always been my inspector and goes above and beyond to help you get the best service and rate. In the last few years I have started using their Pest Control service and absolute love their work. I am in great communication with our pest inspector who always checks in to make sure he hasn't missed anything happening with the home. Jakob came out and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was on time, very well spoken, and definitely knew his business. We had a serious problem with ants and spiders, but after Jakob's visit we noticed an immediate improvement (eradication) of our issues. The whole process was painless and we could tell that Jakob cared about his job and performance. I feel like he went above and beyond in the inspection of the premises and left no stone unturned. I cannot recommend this company enough as I now have zero issues with the creepy crawly critters that were infesting our house and yard. Thank

How awful! I was inundated with flying ants which made 2 rooms- including my sons- inhabitable. I made an appointment and had to wait over 2 weeks to get someone out- understandable during hot summer and CV-19- and then my husband landed in the hospital for a week... they were scheduled to come the day he was coming home, after he came home he would be immobile for awhile.
I called to update them and try for an earlier appointment- nope. Ok so my time window is now 9-11. 10:30 and no one has arrived... I call and guess what? “Yes we know your situation but we cannot arrive until noon”. Unbelievable
