Excellent service from Curtis and his crews. Both the move out and move in crews we’re professional and courteous. No broken, missing, damaged items. Both homes flooring and walls were insulated and crews made sure not to damage or soil anything. Curtis went well above and beyond with check ins and made sure my family was as comfortable as possible, answering questions and calling for follow up from the week before till the week after the move. Highly recommend. Thank you Curtis!!

The entire process from start to finish was handled professionally and there were no issues. Dave was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Communication is very important to me, and Dave kept us informed throughout. Moving can be a stressful process, and I am happy we were able to use them.

Great movers. My entire experience was fantastic. My account manager kept in constant communication with me, advising on what I needed to do to prep for the move. Then on packing and moving days, the guys were phenomial. They took great care in packing, loading and unloading all of my families belongings. Very profession organization.

We received excellent service from the time the packers and the driver arrived to the time we received our shipment at our final destination. Can not say enough good things about the customer service. Our driver Ray was excellent! If you are moving I would highly recommend this company!

I used Nelson Westerberg to move my parents from CA to TX. I worked with Colleen to arrange everything - she was excellent! She answered every question I had, and was very accessible and timely with communication. She was very patient as we sorted through the virtual inventory. The virtual inventory app was awesome and I didn't have that self-service assessment with any other provider. The delivery ended up being less than estimated. Our driver, Chris, had to pick up from a tricky location. He encountered a few issues, but none the less was still on time to the committed pick up window, then was

This cross-country move went very well. The lead coordinator, Sandy, was very responsive and patient with all our questions. The driver, Cliff, and his team, packed up our items with care and expertise, accommodating with special and fragile items. The delivery driver, David, and his team, were also professional, and cared for our home as if it was their own, moving large items carefully to prevent damage, and putting together our furniture. If we ever had to move again, I would go with this Nelson Westerberg. I highly recommend them.

This was the best move we've ever had! The pack out was efficient, friendly and very careful, and our items were handled in a professional and respectful way. The transport was fast and very well managed, and the notification and communications were very helpful. We really appreciated the courteous way the movers unloaded and unpacked, they were fast, efficient and professional! It was a real pleasure to work with this team from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
