I regret hiring them. Here are the things that went wrong:
1) To the owner Mark- I ,from the very beginning of our conversation, asked for a 2days-move. 1 day for packing and another day for moving. He agreed, but just a few day before the move-pack day, he called me and said he is confident that they can move and pack the same day. I was upfront with him that it will be a 2day job, but he underestimated the work. I agreed because I thought these guys must be experienced so they would know better. But clearly not. There was so much stuff left that we ultimately had to book another additional movers

I hired Marsik movers for a short move from Renton to Maple Valley. They were competitively priced (cheapest by a narrow margin), really easy to work with scheduling and they showed up on time, ready to work! That's about all the good I can say about Marsik.
The biggest problems I had is not that they continued to break my things -- an expensive BBQ grill, damaged a sentimental (and expensive) painting from my honeymoon, broke about 3 different shelves and our outdoor dining table. My problem is they tried to hide the fact that things broke... or even try to put temporary fixes to make it

This was by far the worst experience of moving, in my entire life. They made an appointment for 8 AM on Thursday the 28th, they didn't show up all day except they sent one guy, who could not speak English, therefore I was unable to communicate to him "where were the rest of the crew.? They then said they were going to start at 7 PM that evening, and they didn't show. They then, showed up at 8 AM, as requested, and did more damage then I can even describe. Please please please don't use this company. As well, they left behind unpacked drawers and all of my antique rugs, which

Mask, on. Skills, unparalleled! I hired MarSik today to assemble a quite daunting dresser. Out of the many types of screws, there was one type of which 72 were included! Eek, scary, even for someone well-versed in furniture assembly!
Mark persevered. This was a large dresser, and a serious project. Beautiful results!
I highly recommend their services for furniture assembly. It's totally worth it.
I need to move some items next week, and I'll definitely be using them, as I feel comfortable with their service. Total A+.

What an amazing company! I've used them twice now in the last year and the price and service is top notch. They really take time to wrap your items so nothing gets damaged. They move so quickly and take so much stuff on every trip to the truck/home. What they did in 4 hours would have easily taken me 3 days.

Had a great experience with Marsik Movers. They showed up on time (early actually), took care to wrap and move my belongings, were able to move many pieces of furniture without disassembling which was a relief since my move was for such a short distance, and didn't break a single kitchen item. Reasonably priced and took covid precautions with distancing and masks.

UPDATE 1: I declined for further remediation of this issue and had to tell them so. But they kept emailing to remediate after I respectfully declined. While I appreciate the persistence in righting a wrong, don't chastise your customer for choosing not to do so. Back to a 2-star rating for me. I wish I could give them a 5-star rating but this really left me with a bad aftertaste.
UPDATE: The owner reached out and apologized and offered to address this matter but to be honest, I do not feel like prolonging this situation further. I'm giving them an additional star for this effort.
