Called during holiday stay with family, they were quick to respond and schedule an appointment for someone to come out and check leak around the toilet. Colten arrived during schedule window, determined source of leak and proceeded to fix the repair with the extensive stock of replacement parts they carry in service trucks. Reasonable price and repair was done timely, will use again for future plumbing needs!!

Colten and partner quickly found and repaired a leak at my mother's house, and were nothing but polite and professional with her (she had nothing but good things to say about the experience). Colten took the time to explain the problem to me over the phone, and I definitely appreciate the fact that they included photos of the problem and repair on the invoice. I feel good knowing that this company is nearby to help and would certainly use them again if needs be.

We needed an after-hours service done, were told it would be ~$300 for a technician to come out and estimate the cost of repairs. Upon arrival the technician told us there would be a diagnostic fee which would double the price we thought we would need to pay just to get an estimate. That would be ~$600 down the drain before even finding out if we'd be able to afford whatever they wanted to charge us to actually fix the problem. We told him to leave. Since then, they've accused us of expecting them to work for nothing. No way dude, I just want honest pricing. You can't spring a $300

Charged $300 dollars without doing a thing. Lady on the phone told me that there were increased weekend service prices and the trip fee was $300 dollars for the plumber to come out and look at our broken pipes ( we're staying in a hotel because we cant use our water ) and give us an estimate. I naturally assumed that was all we had to pay, but when the plumber showed up he asked for an additional $300 to complete the service. That is not what were told! Don't use them, they'll just try to steal money from you - doesn't matter if you're already in a bad spot. Tried to complain and they hung up on

Communication was excellent.Everything was explained thoroughly .
They showed up on time, use better quality supplies and even finished a little bit ahead of schedule.

These folks are entirely professional and effective. The plumbers arrive on time, listen carefully, explain what they are doing, do a great job, and leave everything spotless. Are they cheap? No, but their charges are not outrageous and their work is outstanding. I cannot say enough positive about them. Cole has been the most recent plumber for a couple of jobs. He has been excellent, but I’ve had no complaints about anyone they sent. (Some reservations about one guy, but, significantly, he no longer works for Kay.) BTW my name is Kay but there is no relationship to the owners.

This company is by far the best company I’ve ever worked with as a customer. Morgan in the office was always a pleasure to talk to and so helpful. The plumber on the job was super friendly and easy to talk to, explained to me in detail how everything worked and what they had done, then the owner also was on the ground working right along side him just as friendly , professional, and also explaining everything in detail. This is a local caring company, honest, understanding, and compassionate. Words can’t express how pleased I am with this company! Hands down recommend to anyone in need of plumbing

I've had so many negative experiences in the past with other companies. However, my technician was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He performed a detailed assessment of my homes plumbing needs both inside and under the crawl space. He further provided a cost analysis of various materials required for repairs. Although, this was only an estimate visit, he really put my mind at ease. I expect to save several thousands due to his detailed search, discovery and honesty. Called them out for my upstairs shower leaking through the ceiling. They cut a hole in the ceiling, looked at the pipes, went upstairs to the shower, replaced the seal in the drain and charged $449.50. That was on April 15th. Now today, it is still leaking, didn't repair it at all!!! They want $299 just to come back out today, April 23rd to "repair " what should've been repaired the first time they came out!! Do not recommend them at all!!!!
