Each cleaner is scheduled for two houses a day. First appointment is normally scheduled at 8:30AM and because most of our houses are 3-4 hours we schedule the second appointment with an estimated 12:00-1:00PM start time. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Saturday. Palm Beach Maid has a three hour minimum for each service.

We have a systematized checklist process that is tailored to your rental unit with pictures that your cleaner will follow to provide a seamless cleaning service after your guests leave. Palm Beach Maid provides absentee home owners with a professional house watch and inspection service in Palm Beach County. Rest assured that your house is looked after on an ongoing basis in your absense. We will do a 60 point home inspection and do light dusting, spot vacuuming and mopping of floors as needed.
Our service area is between Jupiter and Boca Raton. We do service the Western communities such as Jupiter Farms, Acreage and Loxahatchee, however we do not service Pahokee and Belle Glade areas. Our cleanings are based on one cleaner. Customers can request two cleaners but we have a three hour minimum on each cleaner we send.

Canceled after first cleaning. They sent a very young girl who was obviously very inexperienced. In 3 hours, she barely cleaned. Never touched any of my living room tables, nor my dining table. Vacuumed after she mopped and was very scattered. Moved from room to room and had no sense of organization. Never finished one thing before moving to the next. Really odd. I have had cleaning services for 17 years. 1.5 here in Florida and I never saw anyone clean (or attempt to clean), like this.

I have been using palm beach maids since we moved to Florida. The owner Attilla came to the house personally to give an estimate and we use their service bi-weekly. After interviewing several services I decided on them because of the price, their availability and flexibility. Our cleaner Stacey is reliable and always on time and completes any lists we prepare in advance and does a good job. They are also very accommodating when we have to move or cancel our normally schedule time. I would definitely recommend them!
