I hired Izzy for several months last year to clean my home, which I also rent out as a vacation rental. During off-season, my rentals are irregular and last-minute, but we had an understanding this was the case. My cleaning time was between 11 am and 3 pm, because that was the time range when guests checked out and checked in.
At first, the cleanings went very well, but most of my guests also left the house relatively clean. I did find it strange that he told me, "My girls don't scrub." and that left me concerned. I thought perhaps that was standard in Florida (I've since learned it is not). Things
