Absolutely Terrible......zero stars if that were an option.
I hired Key Key Cleaning (owned and operated by Cleveland Smith) at the end of June to pressure wash my roof, pool area, and driveway. It was the worst experience I've ever had with job quality and being able to achieve a resolution to the resulting issues. If interested in details and photos, read on.
It took these people two days to do this job (longer than anyone in the past). I assumed it was going to be an excellent job....wrong!!!
After the first day, I noticed guy doing the pressure washing didn't bother to move the grill or
