Absolutely impressed with this company. Jarred and Randy at comfort systems did an excellent job with installing a new American standard AC and installing a new return and humidifier. They answered any and all questions throughly and were very professional. The timeline they gave me for removal of the old unit and install of the new was exactly what they said it would be. Very professional and they know their stuff! Highly highly recommend this company.

So thankful for Hannah and this company! They installed our AC unit a year or so ago and have always been professional and helpful. And yesterday was no exception. I was in a panic as we had a dinner group coming over and late in the day our thermostat was already showing 75 degrees and wouldn't let me override the activity curtailment setting. But Hannah - after hours even - FaceTimed me and walked me through the override process. She was patient, knowledgeable and even waited with me until the air did kick back on. Would highly recommend! Great experience and for a very fair price. Both Jared and Logan are very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain everything. Logan made a same-day service call when we called about our AC going out. They ended up having to order in a part but Jared still got us up and running sooner than expected by fitting the repair in on a Saturday after the part came in.
