First time home owner and first time caller here! I should also add that I'm not a very handy guy either. When I called Ted he answered right away. I called because of an error code on my HVAC controller that said "the furnace high pressure switch is failing to close." Ted walked me through exactly what I needed to do over the phone. I am very grateful for his generosity. Every other HVAC company told me they were booked up for at least a week. Obviously, I can't go without heat for a whole week....fortunately Ted had my back. I highly recommend you give this hardworking man a call.

Our house was 91° and Ted had to come out on two separate occasions to try to diagnose the issue. In spite of that he was eager to help us. He was professional, friendly, took the time to explain things to us, and he worked so hard to get our air conditioner up and running again. I would highly recommend him. I chose him from other companies because people from my neighborhood recommended him and when I went to his Facebook page I had 22 Friends who had already liked his page so I knew he was a good choice And I Have no regrets. Now we are staying cool.

Ted was able to get to my house quickly when I had no AC in 95 degree weather. He spent two hours thoroughly trying to find the issue. Unfortunately, the AC was beyond repair, but I plan on hiring Ted to install a new one. Plus, my timid dog loved him right off the bat. You know they’re a good man when your dogs love ‘em.

I would highly recommend Ted's Heating and Cooling. He is friendly, honest and professional. When he returned my call at 8:00 last night, I was just hoping he would be able to get us in today. Instead, he said he would come right over. It was 84 degrees in our house when he got here so we were thrilled he could get our air working last night. We all had a good night's sleep thanks to Ted.
