Bryan was right on time. I was highly impressed with his knowledge of our unit. He pointed out several things that I had questions about and explained how they operated. He had to go back to his service vehicle a couple of times. In both instances, he took off his protective shoe coverings when he went out and put them back on when he came back in. He reset the thermostat to what I wanted. Bryan also showed me a list of things that he did and told me I would be receiving one through my e-mail. I would highly recommend Rudroff Heating and Air Conditioning to friends and neighbors! My only regret

Had very old systems. Purchased new trans HVAC team removed and installed new as scheduled. Left NO mess and went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. New system had manufacturers defect (motor in outside unit not running correctly). Thier team got unit band-aided to keep things cool and came back next day when they got part from manufacture to perform fix and 100% fix and test. I’m very happy with service I got

The Rudroff team has been amazing throughout our relationship! We’ve been on their annual maintenance plan for a while, so we knew they were good. We have come to appreciate how truly great they are as the heat wave rolled in this summer and our AC gave out. Rudroff was prompt to visit, diagnose and provide a temporary solution at no cost. We figured we needed a new system, which Rudroff confirmed and provided us fair quotes with manufacturer and electric co. rebates deducted on our behalf. Installation was a breeze! Craig and his team were amazing. They quickly got to work and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. They were more than happy to show their progress during installation, which included me taking pictures to send my husband. They did everything they could to make my new equipment as functional as possible for my older style home. They even trimmed a tree that was a little to close to my new AC unit. I wpuld recommended them to anyone.

We had our A/C system inspected which was covered under our Club Maintenance plan. The service tech did the inspection to make sure we didn't have any problems and also looked for anything that might cause future problems. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our property. Excellent person to have on the job!

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I replaced my furnace and a/c about 5 years ago and replaced my water heater about 2 years ago. When I did my a/c and furnace, I signed up for their comfort club which gives me top priority in service and includes them coming out twice a year. There was a cost for this but I don't remember it. Every technician that has been to my house has been friendly, professional and communicative in the process of routine service. Usually you will see the same one or two technicians each time which is nice to know the person coming into your home. I would recommend

Craig, Sam and Jerry were awesome to work with. Jerry provided assistance with choosing the right system for our family. Then on the installation day Jerry showed up with Craig and Sam to make sure the whole team was on the same page. Craig and Sam worked to get everything setup and were very professional while in our home and everything works great. Thank you Rudroff for an outstanding experience!!
