If you are experiencing any issues with your septic system, please call us immediately. We can address your septic issues with simple septic plumbing and cleaning. When you ignore ongoing issues, septic systems may eventually require repairs or replacement. We recommend cleaning your septic tank every five years at minimum to ensure that the tank continues to properly and freely drain.
Answer: We recommend at least every 5 years, and in most counties this is a county ordinance. Answer: Over time, if not pumped regularly, the solids build up in the tank and can pass by the main tee and clog your drain field resulting in costly repairs. Answer: As long as you are not having any problems the answer is no, you do not need to be home.

I have used their services for years and i have never been disappointed. Twice was an emergency and they got someone out the day i called. The gentlemen that came to do the work were friendy, polite, professional, and answered my questions. As long as they are in business, i will not be calling anyone else.

Week of Thanksgiving with house guests, including toddlers, found us with water backing up in our washing machine & kitchen sink. The minute I reached this company everything got better.

I am ever so thankful that I was referred to C&W Septic. From the first call to the completion of the work the entire experience was 100% professional.
The office staff, (Susan) was so kind, patience and educational.
The gentlemen, (Ben) who came out to do the work did a great job. He took the time to speak with me and to explain everything that was done. He was very efficient, professional and left the property just the way he found it.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with C&W. Their entire team is professional and 100% customer focused. They went above and beyond to help resolve our situation - including providing services that were beyond the price they charged us.
