We used ServPro for damaged flooring from a broken hose in our bathroom sink. Our insurance company scheduled another company to come out to assess the damage but after looking at the reviews I decided to call ServPro. I called at 7am thinking I would leave a message but Vanessa answered the phone and was out to our house at 10:30am. She was very thorough in assessing the water damage and letting us know what the entire process would look like. I had a water loss at my home and I was referred by my insurance company to contact SERVPRO of Antioch. I am sure glad my insurance company turned me over to the experts that know exactly what they are doing, they were quick, professional, thorough, listened to all my concerns and addressed each one of them. I had a hot water pipe brake in my house and it flooded my bathroom and hallway . I called Servpro Antioch and had service right away. Jose came that evening and the rest of the crew were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very please with their work ethic and job well done. Had an emergency situation with our water heater unexpectedly spewing water all over carpet and not to mention moisture into our walls. Great response time, great work ethics, great staff, great company! After coming home to my kitchen raining from my ceiling, ServPro was at my house the following day. From there, they were thorough, prompt, clean and very friendly. Regina always gave me a heads up call for their arrival, which was crucial to allowing me to make the dry out work with my hectic schedule. Vanessa got the ball rolling in home and from there had crews out for the next week. In the end I feel confident I won't have any mold or post flood problems or consequences moving forward. I want to say thanks to Vanessa for taking care of everything. On top of a flooded house- I had an unbelievably crazy busy week at work and it was late like 9pm every time i had a chance to call her. She really did get things done without me! I appreciate that.

Amazing service!! I cannot rave enough about Vanessa and her crew! My homeowners insurance sent out a different company who did not even remotely live up to the experience I had with ServePro. As soon as my insurance determined they wouldn't cover the $15000+ in damages from the flood in my home, the other company didn't even ask me if I wanted them to continue. Last Monday my Business was in a flood. 16" standing water around my whole building. We did our best to keep the water out. However, some water leaked in around our doors. Muddy water came in and got all over our carpets. I called serv pro around 11pm and asked if they could come in tomorrow to clean up from the water damage. They said they could. The next day they had a team come in and start cleaning the mud of the carpets and then the drying process. Thank you Mike, Vanessa and your team! You guys did an amazing job. We had a water leak last week on the interior of our house that flooded a room and out into the hallway, but Vanessa and Art showed up and I handled everything. They were knowledgeable, professional, and brought a calmness to a very stressful situation. They explained everything they were doing, what the equipment would be doing, and absolutely went above and beyond what was expected.
