After our crawlspace flooded, I stuck a pump down there and called Mike. He came out and gave me a very thorough rundown of my options and ended up recommending several drainage contractors rather than potentially wasting my money with soil drying without solving the underlying problem. That's exactly the kind of integrity and expert advice I was hoping for, and I'll definitely call them again if I need structural drying! I highly recommend All Dry And Tidy. I called Several plumbers and restoration services when my mom told me about a leak under her house. A handyman had actually repaired the leak but there was leftover standing water and when I called around, many who took my call advised that I engage their services or face serious structural damage. I sent pictures of the crawl space, and each service told me I was looking at potentially thousands of dollars in labor. The situation didn't look that bad to me. We were lucky to have Mike consult and address our unexpected water leak. The water damage seeped into surrounding kitchen walls, floors and cabinet backs. Mike returned my message very quickly and came out to my house the next day, a Saturday. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. We called Mike at 9pm one night dealing with an ongoing moisture issue that has been causing mold growth in our home. I was very anxious about it, and despite it not being emergent, Mike spent 20 minutes talking to me. He then came out to our home and spent an hour checking it out and advising my husband and I on what to do, even though his services weren't what we needed. Mike is extremely competent, and genuinely wanted to help us vs. sell us a useless band aid product like other companies we had dealt with. Our main sewer line overflowed and flooded our house. This is our first house and we moved in 2 months ago. This was the first time in my life dealing with this issue. It kinda rocked our world. Wow what a great guy who really knows his stuff. I had been experiencing a really bad smell in my downstairs bathroom each time I put the AC heating on and I presumed it was something that had maybe died in the duct vent. First I called out pest control to see if they could see anything but they immediately said it was a sewer problem. They recommended Mike Crawford at All Dry and Tidy and boy am I glad they did. I called and left a message and he called me back within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He arrived and confirmed straight away that the smell was a sewer

After living here for years and trying many things, but never figuring it out -- Mike figured it out in 30 minutes! Mike Crawford the owner of All dry and Tidy is amazing. He did a great job of locating black .mold in our carpet and walls and was able to use his skills to eradicate it. I am so .thankful I found him. He left our house in great condition, and can I say all dry and tidy?! He also gave me phone numbers to other specialists that do Hvac work (Which is the place it was leaking from into our house.) A sheet rock and painting specialist, tile person So we could finally get rid of linoleum which is problematic too. I just bought a house in Concord and was told by a pest control company that I had a huge fungus issue in the crawl space. Obviously distressed I messaged a few fungus control companies on Yelp. Many did not reply or just didn't seem to want to help. Within minutes Mike responded asking specific questions. He then called me and said he could come out ASAP.

We were referred to Mike by a plumbing company. It was hard to articulate the issue over the phone so Mike offered to come the next day and check it out. He made an honest recommendation and did not charge us for making the trip (other companies were going to charge $200+ even just to look at it). We didn't have to have any work done at the moment but if we do need to in the future, we'll know who to call!

I reached out to All Dry and Tidy after discovering an issue with mold in my kitchen. Needless to say I was concerned about the safety of my family and costs to remedy the problems I might be up against. To my pleasant surprise, Mike, the owner, gave me an honest assessment and without any scare tactics or sales pressure.
