My partner and I bought a beautiful antique Persian rug from an estate sale. We wanted to get it cleaned and repaired and Reza gave us the best price. We just got the rug back and it looks brand new. Reza did a fantastic job with the repairs (including fixing an old repair that the rug had when we bought it). The colors look so much brighter after the cleaning. Reza and his team are masters of their craft! Would definitely trust them with any future rug needs, especially for antique and vintage Persian rugs.

If you cannot travel the world to hand pick a beautiful carpet, find your own magic carpet at Reza's. They have piles of the most beautiful! They washed/ repaired a carpet that I purchased in Saudi Arabia decades ago. It turned our amazing ! Five stars

Brought two vintage, handmade rugs to Reza's for cleaning. They did a fantastic job! One of the rugs was pretty musty, but it is much better now and we can actually use it in our home.

Reza and his team are amazing. I had purchased a rug online (Wayfair) and somehow missed the fact that it was 8x11 and not 8x10, which I was looking for. I got the rug and it was perfect, except obviously the size. I was so upset when it was too long, I looked up places that cut rugs and I found Reza's. NOT ONLY did Reza offer to pick my rug up for free, they had it done in a couple of days and dropped it right back off. We had a great experience at Reza’s. A few years ago we purchased a kilim rug in Morocco. It had some wear and needed some repair. Reza’s was able to give us a couple quotes based on what we needed done and they did a phenomenal job. It was also a quick turnaround of just one week from when we dropped it off.

After reading many reviews, we contacted Reza's to come get 2 rugs and clean them, plus repair one corner of one of the rugs that had been chewed by a teething puppy. One week later the rugs were returned in perfect shape - including the repaired corner of our master area rug.

Not only are they excellent at what they do - clean, repair, and sell quality rugs - but they are genuinely honest and kind and customer- oriented. And economically fair. I cannot believe I did not find them years ago. Will get all my Persians and handmade rugs cleaned now that I found them. Thank you , Reza and crew!

My oriental rugs were picked up, nicely cleaned, and returned in a reasonable amount of time. One of my rugs had a hole in it, and it was repaired without asking for that service. I can't even locate where the hole was! Great job!

Wonderful store — really beautiful selection of authentic, antique rugs. I saw a kilim I liked on the store’s website and went in to check it out in person. The fellows at the store showed me a bunch of different carpets, and were very knowledgeable about the different styles and the origins of the carpets. In the end I bought the antique Persian kilim I had seen online, which is just gorgeous in my living room. Thank you, Reza’s!

I recently had several Persian rugs cleaned here. Reza's did an excellent job; they all look beautiful and are fluffy to the touch. A 100% silk cream field rug was also cleaned to perfection, removing a spot of blood to boot! Pick up and delivery was speedy and convenient. Reza is an exceptionally nice person dedicated to providing a high level of customer service. I highly recommend this business.

Reza is absolutely one of the best people you could go to for beautiful, quality rugs in the USA. Not only is Reza one of the nicest people, but he is thoughtful and extremely committed to making sure you find the right rug for your home. He has a great "eye" as it relates to space and color. Plus, he will teach you a lot about rugs as you go. I now feel passionate about quality rugs in my home and wish everyone would pay a visit to Reza! Reza and his business are a treasure.
Such a friendly, kind, and wise business man. You can instantly tell that he knows all there could possibly be to know about rugs and trust that he is going to give you a very fair price. I poked my head in for what I thought would be just a minute to get a price on a nice Kilim that I saw in the window and ended up staying for quite a while chatting and learning a whole lot from him. I left with the rug and it is gorgeous and I get many compliments on it. I will definitely be back!

I wish there was a 6th star. Reza's is the dopest. They did amazing work on my janky, ripped rug restoring it back to its original glory. They did 2 thousand dollars worth of work for a fraction of that amount. They stitched up a million holes and cleaned it. I couldn't be happier. If you go somewhere else you're insane. I will be buying more rugs just to bring to them.

I have a large Persian Kilim that has been moving with me around the world for the last 15 years and it was due for a cleaning. I chose Reza's because I felt confident that he would take care of my rug and be able to differentiate it from a machine made department store rug. They picked up the same day I called and brought it back one week later. My carpet looks..... so clean and wonderful! The colors are vibrant again, spots that I thought may have faded due to the sun I realized were just dirty! The cleaning far exceeded my expectations and I will send more of my carpets to them for cleaning

We just got our Asian, antique rug back from Reza's. It is now so bright, clean and fluffy!
We had them come pick it up, clean and repair worn areas and can't believe we waited so long to do it! Beautiful, old world quality workmanship!

I found Rezas when I wanted a rug cleaned. Reza convinced me that the value of the rug merited some repair as well. It was expensive and took a long time. Still, Reza over-delivered and I brought him two more projects.

Visiting Rezas as a customer is a unique experience. The store is packed - wall to wall - with 4 foot stacks of antique rugs. The floors are squeaky old planks, and the lighting adequate but antique feeling. Behind the desk there is an old but solid sofa and table upon which it is not uncommon to see a bowl of fresh cut fruit.

In the world of antique rugs, there are people who know what they're doing, and people who make you think they know what they're doing. Reza is the former. His expertise is unparalleled in Chicago, but he's humble about it. His collection is vast, with over 3000 antique Persian and Chinese rugs. Shopping for rugs can be intimidating, and to be honest, a little embarrassing if you aren't familiar with the terms, regions, tribal groups, etc... Reza is patient and takes time to explain the difference between all the various types of Persian rugs. I can't recommend this

I can't say enough nice things about Reza's. I called Reza because my dogs had scratched my carpet to shreds. I knew it could not be patched and I also knew that if I cut the shreds/strings myself it would leave holes. Reza sent Mustafa over to my home straight away. He knew exactly what to do to fix it and make it look as good as new; like nothing ever happened! Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I will only go to Reza's buy a rug/carpet, cleaning or service. I love supporting local businesses and Reza's is no exception. Thank you!

After four years and three dogs I thought my rug was going nowhere but the trash. Found this gem and they were able to completely revive it in just over a week. At three dollars per square foot to clean it was well below the cost of replacing my Oriental rug. So happy I found these guys! Would highly recommend

It's rare that you find someone who is as genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as Reza. I came in with two yalameh runners that needed cleaning and fringe repair work. He patiently explained the cleaning process and the various options available to repair the rugs. He showed examples of his work, which were flawless performed. Only when prompted, he described visiting Iranian villages as a child with his father, learning the craft. This guy is the real deal, and he's extremely nice to boot. I highly recommend this gallery. My family was introduced to Reza over 25 years ago from a designer. During this time we've purchased many amazing rugs from him. We've also had rugs cleaned and repaired by Reza. The cleaning and repair work is incredible. Every interaction with Reza is always pleasant. His knowledge of rugs is amazing, and his prices are very reasonable, especially considering his customer service. It's always fun to visit his showroom and drink Persian tea and learn about rugs. I would never go anywhere else to purchase/repair/clean Oriental rugs....he's the best!
