FireTec came out to service and repair my gas fireplace, which was having trouble lighting. Though the problem presented itself again a few weeks later, they came out nearly the same day I contacted them & remedied the issue immediately with no extra charge. They stand behind their service and are very responsive to calls & emails. Will use them for life of my fireplace!

Justin and Tyler came out today and provided service to our house. The fireplace insert was installed by us 20 years ago and they did a very thorough job inspecting and cleaning it. Very happy with how polite and tidy they were. It doesn't even look like they were on the carpet downstairs and the fireplace is very clean. I highly recommend these guys and will use then again in the future. They know what they are doing.

I rarely rate services and even more rarely provide a recommendation such as this. FireTec recently updated an incorrectly installed gas line to a fireplace insert. They also reviewed and recommended a fix for an improperly installed vent that was practical and economical without regard to them getting additional work related to that item. They also cleaned and serviced the insert. What made the visit exceptional was the knowledgeable friendly and courteous experts, the professionalism with which they went about their work and the regard for the environment they were working in meaning no dirt

We were looking for someone to come out and clean/service our gas fireplace. Many companies we tried to contact were not responsive. FireTec responded right away! This was my second year of hiring FireTec for my annual wood stove and chimney inspection and cleaning. They have been very professional both times and given me a lot advice on using and maintaining my system (since this is my first one). I plan on continuing to hire them in the future for any maintenance and other services I will need, and I am happy to recommend their services.

I am new to the Wexford area and could not locate a company to give me a quick how to on our new homes fireplace. From the beginning this team was great.
We penciled in a very fairly priced appointment- (win) and I was contacted earlier as we could fit me in sooner. (Another win)
Following the inspection and clean up of my fireplace the technicians took the time to make sure I knew how to safely use it. No more fire ball when I light it.
Following the service they in a very low pressure way quickly went through other services they provide. It just so happens we had concerns about our dryer vent

James & Justin installed a new electric fireplace insert for us yesterday. We are very pleased with the quality of the insert, but more importantly pleased with James & Justin's professionalism. They respected Covid-19 protocols, protected our carpets & cleaned the area where they worked. They were on-time for the appointment & finished the job in a timely manner. The team at FireTec was great! They took the time to review my chimney and water tank liner and assessed my specific issue. They gave me a detailed estimate and explained every aspect of the project and its associated costs. Laird was great to work with and the team was prompt with completing the work before their estimated time of completion. FireTec also made sure that each aspect of the project was done the right way. I couldn't recommend them enough for anyone needing chimney repair work. Very happy with the end result.
