Pilar was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. From an early age she showed interest in design with her room being the starting ground where she arranged and displayed objects always in a special way.
She moved to the United States to continue her business studies abroad and landed in Seattle, where she began her career in design and fulfilled her passion. She started working on fixer uppers in the area and while in charge of the remodels and the staging of the homes she attracted the interest of realtors, builders and home owners who would ask her to work on many of their projects.

Grace has been superb from initial consultation, through the planning phase and into build. Grace was able to take our simple ideas and generate solutions and drawings for our every need, adapting and updating as our thinking matured. Grace guided us through and managed the planning permission process and as we now enter the build phase Grace has been super supportive. Always professional and full of insight i would have no hesitation in recommending Grace in a heartbeat.

We have recently worked with Draw The Line Design on a rear, side and front extension to our home and we cannot recommend them enough!
During our initial meeting, Grace took the time to really understand our needs and how we wanted to use the space and developed superb proposals. She was patient with us whilst we reviewed the proposals and was extremely accommodating with reworking the drawings to incorporate changes/new ideas.
She managed the process of planning permission, building regulations etc. and guided us through this process which such ease.
