We used Eduardo to do the interior design on our modern upscale downtown condo. Although he had some good creative ideas, his lack of attention to detail, follow up and organization resulted in multiple problems with the lighting, custom cabinets and bar stools. Eduardo charged us an hourly rate plus made money on sale of the furniture too. He didn't listen to what we liked and didn't like and continued down a path, even after we told him it wouldn't work for us. We had problems getting a hold of him as he rarely answers his phone. We ended up hiring someone else even though

The enhanced home did some consulting for our recent restaurant remodel. Eduardo didn't only have great ideas but he was able to explain to us the design concepts and reasons for his suggestions. This kind of generosity and patience can be hard to find in an often cut throat business to business world. After working with with us I started following his social media and I have to say that I can't wait to put some real estate on the market for him to stage! He truly seems to be a remarkable artist at it.

I was determined NOT to have our west bellevue house staged as I didn't want it to look like every other cookie cutter house that these local realtors represent. I chose a Seattle realtor and she introduced us to Eduardo. He styled our house using our things and brought in only a few additional pieces. It was amazing to see his creativity in play. He's a genius at this. Our photos looked amazing. We sold our house very fast and over list. I give him and his team a lot of credit for this. We will use him in our new home!

Eduardo helped us stage our home for sale. I've never believed in staging before, but I do now! He blended his contemporary furnishings with our much older things to give our home a wonderful new look. It still felt like my home, but was much more beautiful AND more practical in terms of flow and conversation groupings of furniture. His colleagues were also great. Everyone on his team arrived promptly, worked hard, and Eduardo stayed until every detail was perfect. Amazing. House sold the first day on the market. Can't wait to have him help me with the interior design of my new home

Eduardo just finished staging my home and I spent the first evening just walking around the house marveling at how wonderful it looked. By using my furniture and personal belongings, the house feels familiar and not at all artificial --- but it is MUCH more pulled together and appealing. Eduardo arranged the rooms and combined belongings in ways that never would have occurred to me. I'll be taking some pieces to my new home that I had planned to discard because Eduardo showed how they can really add to the feel of a room. I can't recommend Eduardo highly enough.

I bought a mid century home a year ago. My previous home was a 1930s brick tudor with all original charm...so moving to a different style has been hard. Eduardo came to my house and made suggestions that I was not so sure about because this style is not familiar to me. However, we trusted Eduardo to no end and did everything he told us to: remove dining hanging light and install cans in dining to match living; remove tile entry and match hardwoods to door; change façade of fireplace to mix of small glass & stone tiles and get rid of bench; take façade to the floor and tile around fireplace

Eduardo recently helped us get our home ready to sell. I wish we had met him when we first bought our house! He is incredibly talented and has an amazing ability to create beautiful, deeply personal spaces throughout a home. Rather than feeling "staged", our house feels more like "us" than it ever did before. The clutter is gone. What is left -- is us.

Eduardo is amazing. He worked with us to get our home ready to sell and his ideas are so inspired I wish I'd had his guidance 12 years ago when we moved in. He created warm, welcoming open spaces with our own furniture and art so it kept our costs low. His placement of objects and furniture were inspired. He's a true artist. I'm sure it is due in large part to him that our home sold very quickly and had multiple offers.
