Keeping the Modern/Industrial design in mind, we furnished the entire first floor of the home with custom furnishings and lighting that incorporated both styles. We created a fresh color scheme for the entire home with new textiles, paint, and finishes with textures. We styled the home with unique, one-of-a-kind, original art pieces and accessories from around the world and by local artists.
What was the living room like before we got our hands on it? It was a large room with limited lighting, dark walls, dark carpet, and dark trim, making the space feel gloomy and dismal. At first glance, what seemed like a fireplace was actually a large structure with a firebox-less niche that only mimicked a fireplace.

Fabian and the Interior Visions team were fantastic to work with on our home remodel! We had no idea how involved a total interior and exterior renovation of a 4500 square foot home would be. Fabian went above and beyond in developing a new space plan, ACAD plans, finishes, furniture, and other design elements. The finished renovation is everything we could have hope for and more! T has been difficult to write a testimonial for Fabian. My referral for Fabian may sound too good to be true and it is 100% accurate.
I have no incentive to write this other than my desire for Fabian to be successful because of our positive experience with him -which is unlike any other service provider we ever hired.
At first when we hired Fabian, I was skeptical that he would be able to work enough hours to cover the cost. At the end, the time he spent and the attention to detail was fantastic - I will say the greatest value we have received for design services.

I have enjoyed working with Fabian on my condo's remodel and am very glad that I found him through a Living Social deal that I purchased. Fabian was very easy to work with and always willing and available to help with any questions that I had. Since this was my very first remodel I was unsure and concerned about certain things, but Fabian was always there to help answer my questions and to provide me suggestions. What Fabian did in 4 hours in terms of helping me organize my home office went far beyond my expectations. He listened carefully to how I think and what my needs are, and was exceptional in coming up with functional and creative solutions. He is hands on if you want him to be, and works very fast. I am absolutely amazed at his ingenuity and definitely want to continue working with him. I view him as kind of a miracle worker!

I also bought a Living Social deal and was so happy with the work Fabian accomplished in our house within just 4 hours! I was impressed how quickly he was able to come up with the new ideas for improving the design of our house by just moving the things around and taking the extra stuff out. I purchased the Living Social deal and I am SO glad I did! What Fabian accomplished in our home in 4 hours was ingenious.
