I got four quotes before I decided to go with VM Flooring. It was little of the expensive side of the quote curve but what I like about Jack is...
- He is very responsive.
- He cared about the long term reliability of the project. Some of my tiles were moving. Instead of leaving the decision to me, he strongly recommended to remove the problem ones, level the flooring and then lay the SPC flooring.

Jack is nice and reliable person. From the very beginning he was responsive in taking my calls and providing me with price quotation. His prices were competitive. He suggested me to get materials from Kapriz. I felt Kapriz has a good selection of laminates. So I went with that. The workers had to work for 5 days to get about 1000 sq.ft covered with hardwood laminate. They also did 32 stairs. Workers very nice people as well. I was removing my carpet coz previous owners left it with a flea infestation. Jack did a great job in quickly removing the carpets after they were taken off. Overall I feel

Jack(Vasyl) and team(Alonso et al) are amazing. They converted my upper floor of my new house from carpet to hardwood. In the process they also fixed major squeaking issues in the floorboard. I had a very tight timeline in which I needed the work completed. Jack was the perfect guy for me. He gave me a quick estimate and approximate timelines when he would be able to do the work. Jack used to keep me updated regularly (often multiple times a day) on the progress of the work. He was able to complete ahead of time.

Unlike other professional services, Jack comes straight to the point, discloses all aspects of the project, right from choosing material to purchasing from various stores that he has connections with. He is a fantastic guy to work with as well as his team. The entire team is very knowledgeable and have great expertise on their craft; they have plenty of experience and their work shows that. Jack and Armen on his team are very nice people you can talk to. They have plenty of suggestions and they are open to different ideas and change in plans that happen during any such work.

I called Jack for an estimate and he got back to me within minutes. He came to the house in the evening and emailed an estimate that same night. I asked him when he would be able to start. He said he could start whenever I was ready.
With my budget in mind he recommended a flooring company for materials. Once the flooring vinyl planks were chosen I called Jack to arrange a start date. I suggested the date and he agreed. Luciano and his son, Luciano Jr. were the installers and they did a terrific job installing the waterproof vinyl planks and gave me great advice!

I reached out to Jack for upgrading flooring from carpet to luxury vinyl plank on 2 floors including stairs. I already had quotes from sweethardwood and S&G carpet (through Costco). Jordan at S&G carpet was really helpful however it really came down to cost.
Jack was very responsive and came to my place for measurement. He gave me a quote the same day and we were planning to go with sweethardwood as some of my neighbors did the flooring thru them. However Jack called me offered great rate and promised to start the week-long job soon.

I reached out to Jack after I already had quotes from Lowe's and S&G carpet (through Costco). Jack was very responsive and came to my place for measurement the very next day. He gave a me a quote the same day and it was significantly lower than Lowe's for the same work. He also got me additional discount for the material that I had already selected.

We found Jack online after our original contractor messed up installation of our tiles so badly we had to get it redone.
Jack promptly came over and sent us an estimate the next day. His estimate was very throughly and listed everything out, which we liked a lot. He also obviously knew what he was doing and could tell right away what our old contractor had done wrong.
His crew started a day after (so fast!). Then we had a mix up on the tiles ( our fault) and Jack was so accommodating in waiting while we sorted that out (took us 3 weeks too!)
The result was great, our floors now look FANTASTIC
