Zeno and his team are fantastic. He helped me pick my carpet and the padding and I could not have been happier with the choice of carpet. It feels like I'm walking on clouds! The installers were also very professional in installing the carpets. It was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Zeno and the team. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs. Jesus and Joel were punctual, efficient, timely and professional. We had floors that were cracked and splitting. They replaced them in a matter of only a few hours. I've never seen such lovely floors! They easily increased the value of our home by several thousands of dollars. We'll recommend them to anyone interested in replacing or fixing their floors. Definitely not to be underestimated in their skill and profession. Lastly, we'd like to thank Edguardo for his service. He was the first person to come to our house and replace the first set of floors with no help at all.

I was in the area and looking for amazing flooring service and a friend told me about this place in Santa Clara. I went down there and was helped by a handsome gentleman can't remember his name. He was so helpful and made the whole experience great. Strongly recommend this place. And if you can have this guy help you do it, he is amazing!!

Great experience from start to finish. Sales (Alan) was helpful in picking out a suitable product; got an accurate (to the penny) estimate, which was completely honored.
Installation was on time, and concluded earlier than planned. The installers were polite, professional, and did an excellent job. They did not waste any time, as a matter of fact they didn't stop, just worked straight through until complete.
I was even surprised to receive a post installation thank you note, and a Christmas card as well!
Would definitely use this company again, and would not hesitate to recommend

Called Friday at 2:30 PM when my carpet layer flaked for Saturday at 12:00 PM. Spoke with Alan who was very friendly. He worked out coming to my place to lay carpet at 12:00 PM as planned.
Saturday at 10:00 AM, I called them, and stated I had completed everything and if the carpet people wanted to come early they could. The rep I spoke with stated he was not sure, and requested to call me back. I told him it was no big deal, and was just trying to make their day easier if they were "waiting" to service my house. The rep called back, and did state the workers would be out sooner
