Had a "soft tissue clog" in my drain pipe. Backed up 2 of the 3 toilets upstairs and 1 bathtub. Basement toilet and shower did not backup.
Came out charged $450 to remove toilets and snake drains. Said I had a grease clog and would cost $1,200 to water jet. Next day came out and jet, but prior to jetting drain to clear clog, ran a camera and found a damaged pipe about 8-10' from septic tank that they said was the cause.
Would not provide a quote until it was determined would be covered by insurance. Remediation company called plumber and said to give me an estimate so I could repair the issue

I am still very happy with this company and will definitely hire them whenever I need to in the future. I greatly appreciate the fact that they were able to help out with an emergency on the weekend, when other companies would have charged extra for just an estimate or just plain out wouldn't be available until the weekdays. They were very professional and offered extremely fair prices. Once again, if I ever need to in the future, I would definitely hire them again!

I was referred to Drip Drop by a plumber who suddenly had health issues and canceled my repair at the last minute. Robert and Guy came out quickly and I could tell immediately they were getting the job. Very friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. They got to work early the next day and finished what everyone else said was a 2 day job in 1 day.
Their price was very competitive also. I would certainly recommend!

I paid Robert in full to complete a job weeks ago, after several excuses, no call no shows, and just flat out ignoring, a week after he said he would be back to finish I've know just been told to "shut the $***… up about it already" he has the abibility to do work, but chooses not too, not to mention I have subcontracted over 10k in work to drip drop.

If you are looking for great pricing, honesty and professional services, Drip Drop is the company you need to call. Robert, was very prompt getting to our home and assessing our sewer blockage. He was able to determine roots were impeding our drainage. After clearing our line and the problem reappearing he came back out at no charge to clear and locate an additional blockage beyond the original. Very polite man when came to give estimate. Told us he would send 2 crews to get our house repiped in a day and a half. Only 1 man showed and was late. Took 5 days to complete the job. We had a drywall guy scheduled for the 2nd day. We had to reschedule that.
My husband is disabled and could not check the work. I had cleaned out the garage storage room and was putting the stuff back I had noticed that a shut off valve was not put back that goes to the outside faucet. I and Called they were going to come back and finish the job. Then no show. Coronavirus came so they never came call or anything

First off I want everyone reading this to know after many failed attempts at resolving this directly with Robert, I've decided to post a negative review since I cannot get resolution. I hate to pull someone's name through mud but I am at my wit's end. I've never dealt with someone who just will not answer or return calls let alone schedule a time to meet you and doesn't show or call.
We've had an open contract with Drip Drop for over a year and his new employee, Josh told us that his old employee Josh plumbed the master bath tub wrong (which is why it won't drain) and and we didn't pass inspection

Robert and Josh completely replaced my bad polybutylene pipe. I had trouble getting some plumbers to return my call but they came out right away, gave me a very reasonable estimate. They were the only ones who pointed out that I had a 20+ year old water heater and they gave me a great deal on a new tankless heater. I would definitely recommend them.

We saw our hot water leaking and called drip drop yesterday (Sunday) evening. They were really quick to respond and navigate my husband to check the water heater to see what was going on. They came out first thing this morning (the next day) and installed a new one. Our water heater was around 17 years old so we had to get everything replaced. They were really knowledgeable and explained to me what to tell my husband about what to do to light it or turn it off. I know absolutely nothing about this subject and they explained it to me enough to tell my husband what to do. Highly recommend them if
