Too bad because the estimator came out and spent about 2 hours measuring and going over plans. Said would contact me in two weeks. No call after 3 weeks. Called the office and they said they would reach out to me after they figured it out and never heard back. How could you trust a company to build a pool on time and on schedule when they don't even give you the courtesy to call you back? Went with another pool company instead

This company has been providing us with great service on our pool maintenance and pool solar heating system. They are very knowledgeable on pool operations and troubleshooting and service guys remember previous jobs completed for us which creates a personal relationship. We are currently scheduled for another upcoming appt to change out broken pool light and replace old solar switches on the heating system.

I usually don't write reviews, especially bad ones. In this case I'm very disappointed in the service I've received.
I gave this company 5years of my business even with their inconsistency.
Alicia at the business office has terrible communication skills and makes promises she can't keep. I would think a 5 year customer would make them see my commitment, but unfortunately it didn't. All I wanted was commitment from them.

We are new to the area so didn't know who to call for a pool heater install. We took a chance and called Gregg's pool works. Dirk came out and gave me an estimate for installing a pool heater. We thought it over and we decided to go ahead with the install a couple weeks after receiving the estimate. They were quick to respond and schedule. The guys came out when they were scheduled to and started working. Jaime, Justin and Matt were polite and got the job done. The estimate was fair and Greggs didn't go above the quoted price, in fact they did what they could to help save us some

I have been a Gregg's customer for about 4 years now. Initially the service was great, but it has been suffering mightily during the last month or so. I understand that they have experienced employee turn over issues, but that is no excuse for lack of response to my inquires. We have experienced poor water quality issues as well as sporadic service. Additionally they removed the recently rebuilt sweep from my pool for inspection. I am now two weeks without a sweep and numerous unreturned phone calls. My pool is now a mess.

I'm giving one star only because the technicians appear to be knowledgeable and are very friendly. However, we had to replace a brand new circuit board, which we found out later was replaced with a 3 year old board. We found this out a few months later after we had another issue with the panel. The primary reason for the poor review is for the scheduling lady. She is completely incompetent and unprofessional. Over three separate occasions, she failed to call me to schedule the appointments. I bought a Green Mountain Daniele Boone pellet smoker from them about 3 weeks ago, I finally had time to put it together after moving and it was not the pellet smoker I thought I bought. I talked with Jason about the misunderstanding and he took care of all my needs and then some. He put the new pellet smoker in his truck and delivered it to me to save me a trip to his store. He even sent me a text message a little bit later asking me if it was working and if I have any issues. Jason went above and beyond what I thought was necessary and I am so happy I bought the pellet smoker from him.

Gregg's Pool Service, EDH - DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!! They are UNRELIABLE and NOT TRUSTWORTHY. They are only interested in collecting their monthly service fee, not doing a good job and keeping you , the customer, informed.
We recently were away from home on an extended vacation all the while thinking our pool was being professionally maintained. When we returned home we found our pool to be a giant mess. The worst experience ever, if you wanna stay away from trouble then stay away from these guys specially Greg. He has the ability to deny everything he has promised you even an hour ago. The most unreliable.
We agreed on a project and he denied everything we discussed after wasting our time for about 3 weeks and he wanted to increase the prices up-to 100% on some items when we came to the contract.
Just simply stay away if you haven’t signed a contract and get written confirmation and signature if you are unlucky person who already signed the contract.

Gregg's has serviced our spa for a couple of years. After my husband passed I requested help draining the spa.
On 9/17 Brian came and I went to the spa with him. He could not remove the cover by himself and he thought that the cover needed to be removed to access the drain. I told him that the drain was inside of the easily accessible service panel. After I helped Brian remove the cover and he unscrewed one side of the spa I removed the service panel cover and showed him the drain. Meanwhile he was on the phone to someone asking for the location of the drain.

After another company cancelled at the last minute, I called Greggs Pool Works as my pool stopped working & I had to drain/refill it to get the dirt out.
Chris came out and immediately cleared my line so my pool sweep/pump would work again.
He also took measurements of my pool tile so I can get a quote on having the missing ones replaced.
I'd definitely recommend this company based on the customer service I've received.

Gregg's was one of three pool companies we contacted for quotes to do extensive remodeling on our pool. The pool was uneven, had two large cracks, needed to be re-tiled, and needed to be re-plastered. It was also leaking badly from the cracks and skimmer. Because of having to re-level the pool and fix different leaks, we also had to redo the concrete surrounding the pool, which Gregg's also handled. Gregg's took a little prompting to send us a quote, but their quote was on par with other companies. Once you are going through them, their customer service is phenomenal. We dealt with

In June, my wife and I sought bids from several pool builders before deciding which company would design and build our pool. I had read reviews for Gregg's Pool Works and found they were generally good. There was one in particular where the reviewer said there was no communication or follow up, and ultimately he went with someone else.

Super impressed with the professionalism and quality of workmanship. I had my old pool pump swapped out for a VSP and a new LED light installed. He also re-plumbed my setup that was wrong from the previous home owners and now I have half the hose and less one of those funky add on skimmers.
Chris is awesome and worked his butt off in this heat without stopping. Thanks to everyone, really appreciate it.

I called Greggs and set up an appointment to meet with Dirk regarding an extensive remodel of my pool. He arrived on time on 9/16/16 at 7am. I went over what I wanted and asked that if anything I was requested was unreasonably expensive to please let me know. He took all the measurements and said I would have a quote in a week or so. After multiple calls inquiring on the status of the quote I received it on 9/26. The quote was outrageously expensive. No feedback was given as to what items I asked for may not be worth doing due to the cost. After a few voicemails
