Run far and run fast. The lack of attention to detail is nothing short of appalling. The completely unprofessional and rude behavior, also appalling. When the person running the office is the girlfriend of the owner and has no idea what she is doing and customer service skills that are nil it leads to a very bad experience. You give a massive amount of money to a contractor and then have the girlfriend/secretary completely ignore your attempts at communication and then tell you every time you have a question "you need to be patient; I'm ignoring you because I have nothing to say."

Contacted Sundance and heard back within a day or so. Rich came over to our house and got us excited for our pool as he was so excited about being able to give us exactly what we wanted. Once the pool is done I'll update my post with a picture. Just wanted to get on here and express how happy I've been with everything so far.

This is the company you want to hire to build your pool! Joe's experience definitely showed up and we really appreciated it!! Joe always answered our questions and concerns promptly. He's definitely not just a salesman like the other two guys who gave us a quotes. He's a Swimming Pool Builder who knows what he's doing.
