Incredibly thankful I worked with Selkirk to build a home. They are, first and foremost, honest and driven to deliver a great product. As with all complex projects, there is a lot of collaboration, communication and so on. Their door was always open, they always came to the table with solutions and ultimately made sure I was happy as the consumer. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Selkirk owners & staff to design & build our home. We chose Selkirk Construction to build our home from a referral and based on some on the challenges I have heard that other home owners have encountered with other General contractors; Selkirk Construction will prove it otherwise. The ease of doing business with Selkirk Construction was a breath of fresh air. The overall experience was far beyond anything we expected. The style of homes they build are definitely a good representation for the Pan Handle of northern Idaho and Selkirk put the customer first and they take extra measures to make sure they do.

This is our second time building with Selkirk. We loved the first home but wanted more property. We went to Tyler and Scott with some ideas regarding building a second home and they were all about it. We had a concept we liked, and they were more than willing to work with us. We sat down one day, discussed the plan we liked, came up with a few changes, and they ran with it. We now have a beautiful home that I can’t believe is ours! The whole team at Selkirk is extremely easy to work with! They are honest and stay true to their word. Our experience working with Selkirk has been awesome both times

Our family met with Selkirk in the summer of 2019 per the recommendation of our realtor. After looking at several homes, we felt that we wanted to entertain building our own home as everything started to look the same. We met with Selkirk and immediately connected!
