Mike is the best general contractor that I have met. He is honest and a good organizer and communicator. If your looking for a builder and general contractor communication is HUGE! I would recommend him as my number one pick. He does excellent work. His cost estimates are accurate. I have met a number of other homeowners who would say the same thing. Mike is willing to tell you the things you may not want to hear even if it risks him losing the contract. Honesty, quality and accuracy. He cares about both his customers and his sub contractors. I would highly recommend him. Save yourself the headaches
