Creekside Construction is top notch! We were overseeing our parent’s pipe-bursting issues from afar. Creekside was amazing as they were professional and did outstanding work (with Steve’s creativity and problem solving, the end result looks even better than before!) Dave and Steve at Creekside really went out of their way to get our home repaired after a fire damaged it. All the subcontractors and employees that came to work on our home were very professional, on-time, and very good at the work they were doing.
Dave and Steve worked with our insurance company to get the repairs covered, the house totally resided, new roof, gutters and more.
I highly recommend this company for any and all the work you need on your home.

In a word? AMAZING. We experienced a water leak from the condo above us. Drywall, wood flooring, molding, and linoleum were all damaged. I was referred to Creekside by another neighbor. I reached out to Dave, and the response was immediate. Farmer's Insurance gave me the runaround for the entire experience and Dave walked me through the mitigation and restoration process. He interested with the insurance company, made great product recommendations, and solved a VERY difficult wood matching issue.

So...after working with them for a week on our restoration where we've been displaced, the day we get our insurance to approve the estimate, Dave(co-owner) calls and says "we are still busy from the wind damage from a few weeks ago" to say they can't do the work. This is after I pointed out the lack of communication from the estimator that came out in how they stated the process would work.
At the end of the day, we dodged a bullet with this company...who would just subcontract the work out anyway.

We had our restoration project set up with them, the day we got approval from our insurance adjuster, they bailed on us due to “too much work from the windstorm in January”. When I asked Dave why there was a sudden declination of the project and how poor of an excuse that was...I then got two more excuses: “I’m not sure we can effectively communicate with you on this project “ and then “I don’t think we can be successful”. I asked him what that meant...as he was having trouble explaining.

Derek managed our remodel while we were snowbirding in AZ last winter. What an amazing experience! We completely remodeled our patio home, from flooring to interior and exterior painting, roofing, kitchen, bathrooms, doors, all new doors, plumbing, and electrical. He kept us up to date via text, phone, and video throughout the process; made recommendations where we were not sure; and made the entire process worry-free. BEST CONTRACTOR EVER!! We had a huge flood in our home in November. Creekside Construction was recommended to us to put our master bedroom, master bath and downstairs bathroom back together (the rooms had been stripped to the studs). Within an hour of our call Steve, Brandon and Dave were at our home and accessing the damage. Every worker (Curtis, Hugo and Brandon) were exceptional in their work. They were professional and always on time. Their work was first class quality. We could not ask for more. If you need any work done in your home CALL these guys. You won’t be disappointed! They are professional

Creekside is amazing! I knew they did great remodeling work because they did a beautiful job re-doing my friends’ kitchen. I used them to do repairs after I filed a homeowner’s insurance claim.
