Am impressed by how quickly they removed a giant tree, as well a few other smaller trees, cut back limbs from that were touching the roof from other trees around our property including one in our neighbors yard... we got his permission of course, and was able to get the limbs touching our roofline cut back to the tree stump! Amazing work, and was flexible enough to remove a few other trees that weren't originally quoted and all that was done ~4hrs or less. I echo others, they left area immaculately clean! Definitely will use again and highly recommend!

Yesterday we had 3 birch trees taken down by Duran Tree Service. There was a team of 5 guys, and they made quick work of it all. All the branches were chipped and taken away, the stumps were ground out and sidewalks, streets and yard were all cleaned from the debris. They even put the wood rounds into our truck and trailer for us. I thought their price was reasonable. They did an excellent job.

Extremely disappointing experience with Duran Tree Service. I called for an estimate and a representative dropped by the house that afternoon, which was great. He gave me a verbal estimate for the work I needed. I told him I would think about it and get back to him after I figured out how the job would fit into my schedule. I did not receive any written documentation by email. Two weeks later, I called to schedule the work and the agent on the phone said he had no record of me or recall of the visit and he would send someone else out to look at the job again. No one came. I called again a week

We can’t say enough good things about Duran tree service. They were very professional and timely with everything from bid to work completion. We had a very, very large Sequoia removed. We probably got 6 different bids and 6 different plans for removing the tree. We had been told a crane was a must from other companies. Not Duran. Incredibly skilled! Very good value for all of the work that was done. Also removed a Cherry tree and pruned other trees. We highly recommend!

If anyone is looking for an excellent tree service, I can't recommend these people strongly enough. I got 4 different bids for a big job I had. They came in among the lowest and had the shortest wait time. They just finished my job. The crew was hard-working, polite, fast, and went above and beyond expectations. I will never use anyone but them for all of my tree services in the future.

The crew that came out to do heavy trimming/clean up of my trees was great. My large trees had not had any maintenance done for a number of years. They did a fantastic job and not only did my trees look great when they were done, they ensured my yard was raked and leaf blown to clean up any left over debris and left it cleaner than when they arrived!
I was also extremely pleased with their reasonable price. One of the reasons I had put it off for so long was because I thought the fee was going to be a lot more. I would highly recommend using them.

Showed up on time and the management followed up with a call to make sure I was happy with the job. I had several large trees that needed trimming up and they can as a crew, liked like the worked in teams, cleaned everything up and we done within 1 1/2 hours. I was very happy and will use them again.

We just had our tree cut today by Duran. We cannot praise them enough- the 3 guys who came did their job very well. We live in a town house - so they were kind enough to clean all surrounding areas of our neighbors yard that had tree debris. They were quick and did the job well! They were very timely as well, right from getting the quote to getting the job done

They're hard to get a hold of after they've been hired. They never answer their main number, always get voicemail. Have to leave multiple messages via phone/text before anyone will respond. On the day I received the bid, 3 weeks prior to tree removal, they told me they would call to have utilities marked, which is required. 3 days prior to scheduled stump removal I called to see why utilities hadn't been marked yet, and verify we were still on schedule for the stump removal. Was told the "call before you dig" agency was probably backed up so I called them myself and the

I used their web based estimate request and he came right in schedule. I had very large tree removed plus a couple of trees trimmed. The team did amazing! All done quickly yet safely. Plus the cut up the wood from the trunk which I wanted to keep, cleaned up all mess, and ground the stump. Overall i was very happy with the service and the price. I know I will use them again and will refer them as well!

I wouldn't actually be able to tell you how Duran Tree service in terms of actually delivering a service. I exchanged text with a person named Gus and received a quote that seemed fair so on 4/16/2020 I scheduled for them to come to my home Saturday 5/2/2020 at 10 am to take out a tree. I used the online scheduler offered on their website to do this. On the day of the event I made arrangements to be available and had the entire drive way where the tree is located cleared out for their crew and equipment. The morning of the job literally 30 mins before they were supposed to be at my home I

Luis and the crew did a great job cutting down a big pine tree in front of our home that scared a couple other company's (not to mention expensive) ...but they weren't phased by how big it was ,they were at our home within a couple of days of me calling them ...they are affordable and professional ...finished quick and left our place all nice and clean ,I would highly recommend them to anyone

I urgently needed twenty large arborvitae and two sizable lilac trees/bushes transplanted. Gus was very sympathetic to my time constraints and came right over and gave me a very fair price. In fact it was so reasonable that I thought perhaps the quality of the work would not be satisfactory. I was incorrect! The work was done professionally and timely by a hard working crew and I was delighted with the outcome. Duran Tree Service gets a well-earned five stars.

I have had some trees fall on properties that I own. Twice now I have used Duran Tree Service to come in and get rid of the fallen trees. They are fast and efficient, do a very thorough job, clean up the area afterward, and are very competitively priced. I keep a list of various contractors and and service providers that I can trust to do right by me. Duran is going on that list.
