Traditional shampoo methods of carpet cleaning often involve getting the carpets saturated and then waiting days for your carpets to dry. I have used this steam cleaning service twice so far and they did a great job of cleaning badly stained carpet. In my home that I cleaned yesterday we were hoping to change carpet in one room based on feedback from other folks but this cleaning service came later during the day and after they cleaned we feel that changing the carpet is not even needed though we are still deciding to change carpet in that one room to Vinyl for longevity since it is a rental home.

I hired Steam Pros to clean the floor tile in my home (Kitchen floors and three bathrooms). I was very impressed with their quality of service and technology.
I found them on Yelp, called and the owner answered, gave me pricing and scheduled me quickly and send me a confirmation text.
The gentlemen who arrived to do the cleaning were professional and sweet. They wore their masks to the door, they took extra precautions to protect my other surfaces when they ran the hoses through the house to the tile. We had an incident where a hose broke and sprayed (not their fault, just a weird fluke in equipment

Brandon did a fantastic job and was very professional! Our carpets were really dirty and had pet stains. Our carpets look brand new! We are amazed at how beautiful they turned out! They even did our area rugs. Pricing was great too! We will be doing this yearly going forward and will use this business again! Great experience from the fist phone call to the final product!! We used Steam Pros to help get rid of mild to moderate cigar smoke and cat urine smells in a newly purchased home. Eric and his folks did a fantastic job, we had the carpets cleaned and we had ozone smell remediation done. The house smelled perfect and the carpets were extremely clean when we moved in. Eric met all his commitments and went beyond the call of duty to help us during an out of state move to California. The price was very reasonable and everything was done in a timely manner. I will for sure use them again to regularly clean our carpets and can't recommend Eric highly enough for smell

Absolutely awesome, crew (Joey and Joey) showed up on time, completed on time, did an absolutely terrific job. They were professional, friendly, and observed all safety procedures. They were overall fantastic. Eric the Manager scheduled us specially that day as we had new furniture coming next day. If there were a 20 star rating they would get it.
