The person arrived on time, was very courteous & respectful. He answered all my questions, worked quickly & did a great job on the windows, inside & out, as well as the screens & tracks. He told me about some condensation in my dual pane windows & marked those windows so I could get in touch with the manufacturer to get replacements. I will be calling them next year for a return service.

Squeaky clean showed up on time, actually a few minutes early. They were polite. Did a fantastic job! They let me know my windows that have broken seals so I can address the issues if I wish. I had to wait a few weeks because they were so booked up, it was worth the wait. Sliding door was so clean two people walked into it thinking the door was open! Now that's a clean door!

Dana and Rylan were here today to do my air ducts. I have never been so impressed with a company and these two young men. They were professional, hard working, polite and efficient! This was the first time I have had my air ducts cleaned and it was a wonderful experience, I only wish I had had it done sooner. The whole experience from booking the appointment to having the work done was wonderful. I did have to reschedule and they couldn't have been more helpful. The guys were responsive, reasonable, and did an excellent job with everything I asked them to do (which included powerwash of the house, windows inside and out, solar panels, and a screen repair. We have used Squeaky Clean numerous times in the past and we have always been more than happy with their window cleaning services. This year however, their business model changed. We were notified 2 days before our scheduled appointment that we were now out of their service area (we are in Meadow Vista) and would be charged a $59 travel fee. This negates any coupon offers in place. We will be forced to change window companies due to their unfortunate change in business practices. I got a couch delivered for less.

Squeaky Clean is an honest business. I hired them to clean my upper gutters. I believe my service guy name is Charlie. He was super nice and let me know they actually didn't need to be cleaned and only charged me the show up fee of $65 versus the $150 it would have cost. I recommend this business because so many other businesses would just pretend to do the job and take the money. They also do window cleaning, power washing roofs (clean off algae), and gutter cleaning.

Had my windows and power washing done by Justin and another technician. They arrived right on time and went to work. Had them do a couple extra things for me with no hesitation on their part. My house looks beautiful! Justin mentioned some screens needed repair/replacement and will be having them back for that. Highly recommend Squeaky Clean!

This is the second time I've used Squeaky Clean and I'm just as pleased as I was the first. They cleaned all my windows, screens, tracks and blinds. What would have taken me a day, took them 90 minutes. Plus they showed up 15 minutes early. Price was totally reasonable and worth every penny.

These guys we wonderful! I had an open house coming up and they rearranged their schedule to accommodate getting the house and walkways power washed and windows cleaned.
Gary arrived on time and worked his tail off. Power washing took more time than anticipated, but he stopped at the estimated time and asked if I wanted to continue. How considerate!
He was so polite, hard working, and did a fantastic job throughout. 30 years of moss, dirt and grime washed away in a few hours.
Price was reasonable especially for the end result. Keep up the great work!

The guys came out yesterday to powerwash cement walkways around our house that were extremely stained and moldy. We live in Roseville so it's the north area team.
They arrived on time, actually early. They called ahead to make sure it was okay to come out early. They were extremely polite and really nice guys. They did an excellent job. We were so pleased with the results. The price was fair. I received a few estimates first. I would recommend this company and hire them again as soon as I have another need. Thank you for your work! Squeaky Clean quoted me $99 to do the gutters on their "special". After the guy was working for 30 minutes rings my doorbell and says it's going to to be $250! That's crazy. Why wouldn't they tell me that before they started? I told them to stop because I felt ripped off and didn't want to contribute to that type of business practice. I paid the $99 special and started this review.
Pretty poor way to do business in my opinion, I'd steer clear of this company for sure.

We've used "Squeaky Clean" for at least 5 times, doing all the high ceilings, very high fans, chandeliar, HVAC vents, very high shutters, etc. Some areas 20ft ceilings, replace electrical bulbs, etc. Highly recommend this company, very professional, and they like their work. Great company, great people.

Normally, I’m very apprehensive about services provided by companies I don’t really know. But I needed my gutter cleaned and it’s been about a year since I did it myself. Phone call to Squeaky Clean was great they where able to give me a quote over the phone pending techs initial review.
Dana the tech assigned came and was very polite and humble. Told me what he was going to do said he would take picture to show me before and after then went about his business. Love Squeaky Clean not only for their excellent service as skilled laborer but also for such great customer service.

My clients used them to clean blinds for a home that was going on the market. Their process is very cool. They remove the blinds then hang them outside on a special rack on the truck. They clean them and let them dry on the rack. Then they reinstall them. They were affordable and arrived right on time.
