The garage door malfunctioned, thinking it was due to power outage, we troubleshooted and searched Google for help. After speaking with others, and technician pros, turns out there was a broken spring Yesterday, I turned to Yelp for help and an appointment was made for today. The 2 tech's showed up ahead of schedule and in less than a half an hour time, the problem was not only fixed but they did maintenance on the product, track and door, and made sure the remotes were working. We were disrupted without the use of the garage/door for almost 2 weeks... now we're back in business

No hassle whatsoever getting a new residential garage door. We contracted with another company only to find out delivery wouldn't be for "4-8 months", fortunately we were within the grace period and got a refund. Then started calling other door companies listed on Yelp. One provided a bogus callback number, another quoted $2000 more for the same door, another gave a good price but when pressed, said delivery would be 4-6 weeks out. Our spring snapped over the long weekend so I left a message not expecting a call until Tuesday. On Monday AM the company returned my call to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. The young man came in (wearing a mask)and explained the problem with the door and fixed more quickly than I expected. Highly recommend!!

We just f ot our first garage door. Working with Pay made the experience so easy. She came out to see our carport and was a great help when we were doing the framing. Her team came in the morning and got to work. They were friendly and worked fast. Later when we realized something was wrong Pay sent them back and they made all the adjustment. The door is so quite. My garage door torsion spring broke on me around 9ish PM. I messaged Oahu Garage Doors that same evening. At 7ish the following morning they were already getting back with me to follow up. They sent a guy an hour later and he did his thing less than 30 minutes he was out. Replaced the spring and garage door maintenance. My garage door is now working great. Quick response, quality service, and reasonable price. The lady I was talking to was also very nice and friendly over the phone. Thank you Oahu Garage Doors you guys are great. I have Choice Home Warranty and sometimes it's hard to get a local business to accept the jobs.
To the rescue..Oahu Garage Doors..Jake showed up on time. sent in a diagnosis to replace my garage door motor(techs need to know how to write up a detailed report) to Choice Home Warranty.
YES the motor replacement was approved!!!
Jake returns in an hour, gets the job done within an hour. Gave me some few tips.
Very happy customer and homeowner.

While I was on the island my garage door worked fine. Then I leave for two years for work and my wife tells me while I'm gone that it's not working correctly. To open or close the door you have to hold the button on the wall down and sometimes it will open on its own. Which is a no go for me since we have stuff in the garage. Plus my stupid HOA will give me a citation for an open garage door and no one in it (I understand the reason but they can at least knock on the front door and check if they forgot). Small rant, my bad. Back to the garage

I recently had the belt on my garage door opener replaced by Oahu Garage Doors and I was VERY pleased with their service from start to finish.
Came home Friday evening to find that my garage door wouldn't open or close. Eventually, I found the problem with the belt.

I couldn't be happier with Oahu Garage Door! I got ready to leave my house and found my garage door would only open a couple inches. I realized the springs had broken. They had a repair guy out to me AND my door repaired within a couple hours! I felt the price was reasonable and they couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend!

The garage door company I've used in padt didn't pick up and had a voice recording. I searched on line for service in Mililani and SO happy I found Oahu Garage Doors based in Mililani but will be moving to Waipahu. Pay answered a few minutes after 7 a.m. in a friendly manner and put me at ease.
Jake came just before 10 a.m. and was done in less than 15 minutes.
