One torsion spring broke on our garage door and I didn't notice it until a day or so later. I called Alliance on Saturday at 2:30pm and they said they. Kalin came around 3:45pm and was done by 4:30pm. He was very professional, polite and cleaned up after he was done. He also lubricated the door and drive and now it's really quiet.
