At the very beginning Kalana got me scheduled for repairing my broken garage door spring. Thank goodness springs was in stock.
Noah arrived promptly on scheduled day and was very polite and took the time to explain how repair was to be done before starting. Did the work and had door operating in about 2 hours. He was very careful in not damaging anything in the process. Excellent employee of Raynor Hawaii.
I'm very happy with the whole process.

Having a new garage door by Raynor Hawaii has made a huge, positive difference. The new door is insulated so my garage is not so hot inside, and the frosted glass panels at the top are nice to let in some sunlight so itʻs not pitch black either. Love how quiet it operates! My order was taken quickly, and even with supply chain issues, arrived within months. Installation team was very good and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Raynor Hawaii for your new garage door!

Nothing but good things to say about this experience! The people who answered when I called were helpful and kind, and got back to me very quickly to schedule an appointment. The person who came out to fix the garage door was kind and personable and very knowledgeable about his craft. My door was fixed within a few minutes and the rates were very reasonable! Would highly recommend and will be a returning customer myself I’m the future.

Spring on Raynor door broke while closing. Garage door installed on Oct 1994 so I got a good deal of worth out of it. Called Raynor and Kaulana was kind enough to realize that this was urgent and scheduled a same day appointment even though it was late in the day (near closing time.)
Ronald, the tech, arrived shortly thereafter with the proper replacement parts in hand and proceeded to make everything with the door right.
Courteous, proficient and left instructions on how to lubricate the moving parts on the door.
Highly recommend Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors for installation and repair. Aloha

Kaulana was super helpful by explaining the models, features, options and pricing which made it very easy for me to decide on what unit to purchase to replace my existing garage door motor. Sam was just as awesome with his installation. My new garage door opener is unbelievably quiet and easy to operate! I'm very pleased with the product and service.
