Your pricing is guaranteed with our fixed-price contracts - there are no surprises because we take care of all of your selections up-front! Your project will finish on budget! Should you make selections that increase the price of your home, we will always communicate these changes with you prior to moving forward.
Each home has individual costs applied so that you have an accurate idea of a price once a plan is chosen. If you don't have a plan in mind at the start of the process, don't worry! We are happy to have a consultation with you to discuss general pricing options before you begin the design process. Shifty during final contract negotiation for a new home purchase. Though their actions didn’t technically violate the law nor the bounds of the transaction they were extremely unprofessional and exhibited very poor form. I previously liked their builds and style. After their actions I scrapped plans to build a new custom home. I would not trust them. Be sure to have a very proactive realtor (even for new build) and get everything in writing.

Critical: Professionalism
Contacted Covenant to please ask subcontractors to turn down very loud music framers where playing. They never responded, nor resolved. We filed a complaint with HOA along with several neighbors. Very difficult to work from home with this excessive noise. Shows a lack of professionalism from this company.

My husband and I recently met Katlyn with the Yeatman Group at Parade of Homes. We have a lot and are looking to build a custom home. Katlyn was extremely welcoming, patient and easy to talk to. She setup a meeting with Jason and they both allowed us to pepper them with many, many questions. Katlyn spent 4 hours with us walking through Covenant models and answering our questions. Although we haven't decided on which builder to go with yet, Covenant is a strong contender for us because of our experience with Katlyn and Jason.

We were fortunate enough to have chosen Covenant Building and Design to build our dream home after we retired. Our experience was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. Their attention to detail is unmatched and their customer service is impeccable. Adam and Megan make the perfect team of build and design and went out of their way to add that caring touch. We were as happy with CBD at the end of our project as we were in the beginning and I think that speaks volumes on their integrity, honesty, talent, and work ethic. They’re the best of the best.
