HBAV serves the entire home building, development, and remodeling industry.One-third of HBAV's 3,000 members are home builders, multifamily builders, land developers, and/or remodelers, while the remaining two-thirds are professional businesses and trade partners that work closely in related fields such as financing and building products.

Craig serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Home Builders Association of Virginia, a trade association representing over 3,000 member firms across the commonwealth of Virginia. As a stakeholder in the housing industry, regulation and legislation passed on the local, state, or national level can make or break your business climate. Housing industry professionals are busy and don't have the time to individually ensure that their voices and opinions are being heard at meetings that could result in over-burdensome laws and regulations.
HBAV allows firms the opportunity to market their services to HBAV's statewide membership through sponsorship of HBAV programs. HBAV's sponsorship opportunities were designed to bring industry awareness to the sponsors' company and display their support and commitment to Virginia's Housing Industry.
HBAV is committed to insuring housing options are available for all Virginians as well as protecting the business needs of Virginia home builders, remodelers, developers, and industry trade partners. To fulfill this commitment, HBAV's professional government relations staff proudly advocates on behalf of its members at the Virginia General Assembly and with numbers of state agencies.
