I was so blessed to have Paul and Jiorgio. Those two were very helpful and found the leak another handyman left and I couldn't figure out how to repair. Our kitchen sink was hacked by a handyman with plumbers putty and the wrong size pipes. It would leak continuously, my wife was stuck cleaning this area every night. Paul called within an hour of my post and quickly came by, assessed and fixed it on the spot. he also fixed another project I left and never had time to resolve. I think they did a wonderful job, charged very reasonable rates, and left the job better than they found it.

I had a bath faucet which needed fixing and a clogged bathroom drain that Snakes and chemicals did not resolve. Yelp listed off a number of Plumbers, I studied reviews on several of them. JPC stood out for three reasons: 1) they were the first to reach out to me & 2) Juan the owner answered when I called to discuss my issue. 3) all of his reviews seemed 5 star and the ones that were not, when reading the detail were not of concern.

Paul from JPC did a great job replacing a 10' section of sewer lateral in the backyard. Our upstairs toilet was clogged and Paul came out the next day to inspect and saw that roots were clogging the exit pipe where the cast-iron pipe connects to the sewer lateral. They were able to come out early the next week, had to break a 10' section of concrete walkway, dug until they got to the old clay sewer laterals and saw the rat's nest of pipes (about 7 pipes altogether connected to the lateral). He was reliable, diagnosed quickly and then recommended a specialist who could handle the issue better. He did not charge me for anything, despite the time he took out of his work day. Would recommend 10/10!

After the huge rains in October of 2021, we had some issues! Our bathtub was getting backed up with sewage - not good! Called Paul and he came out the next day, on time, was very patient and diligent about fixing it, and making sure it wasn't going to affect other plumbing in the house. Then we had another issue outside with a drain under a concrete slab that was supposed to drain well away from our house. He had to try multiple snakes, lugging that massive machine around our steep yard, but after a while, he got it unclogged! This was a huge issue, because the water was spewing right next

I was in search of a plumber to come check our leaky toilet and found JPC on Yelp. I called and Paul was able to come out on the same day, which was great! Paul was extremely kind and professional. He fixed the issue and was honest! We had another plumber who tried to tell us we needed to replace the entire toilet over a leaky hose! Paul was able to get the job done within a matter of minutes. Paul and his team were great! They responded right away to our Yelp request, they were able to make it out the same day and were extremely thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure our pipes were not clogged. I highly recommend them and they were very reasonably priced. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on through our system. I will definitely be calling them again and will be recommending them! They also emailed me the camera footage. We needed a gas meter rebuilt due to some delays from PGE. Juan was extremely quick in his response and was just as quick to head to our property and provide a quote.
Juan was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His price was very fair compared to the rest of the vendors in Hayward.

I was trying to install my own bidet this week l, thinking it would be an easy task. The water in my bathroom wouldn't turn off, even after trying some tips from YouTube. I had to call the building management to help turn off the water to install the bidet. I know I'd eventually have to call a plumber to fix the old valves but I just wanted to address the immediate issue. He came and installed the bidet and nothing was leaking. He gave me some suggestions on other fixes I could consider. I made a mental note of things I'd try to fix myself.

He was very respectful of social distancing, and cleaned up after himself when the job was finished. They did a very efficient job and they were done in less than two hours. I wanted to replace the old toilet (shorter than the current standard) and installed a bidet system. I posted my job on Yelp and got quick response from JPC. Juan Pablo is the man! I have had him come out twice for separate issues. The first was a clogged faucet and the other was a toilet that was never installed properly and was starting to leak at the bottom.
Not only is Juan Pablo reliable, he is prompt, efficient and thorough. In both instances he outlined the work needing to be done, all the while trying his best at minimizing unnecessary cost.

We purchased a new garbage disposal and were unable to install it. The one we purchased had no cord (as most aren't sold with them). We were looking at YouTube videos and feeling frustrated. We contacted Juan Pablo and he not only answered us immediately, but came to the house within 45 minutes to provide us with a free quote. The quote was reasonable and he had the job finished within less than 45 min. No leaking and it works just fine! We recommend his work and if you are having similar issues? Definitely call him!
