I'm a contractor but plumbing is not my forte so I sub that out. Leo was brought in by my daughters landlord to fix some problems and replace old work fixtures. Now I'm a VERY tough customer but I was immediately impressed with Leo's friendly demeanor courtesy and professionalism. He does excellent work and is an honest businessman. I heartily recommend him and he will have any and all of my future business

Garzac plumbing did an excellent work on our project . The proposal was at a very fair price.
Leo is very patient and professional in his approach . They made extra effort to ensure everything was completed on time, and we were able to move back into the house before our rental lease expired.
The only suggestion I have for future customers, is that they take few minutes and understand the overtime clause in contract properly while signing. Their prices are low, and GP is a small business. So they are protecting themselves from risk of unexpected things happening in the project, which takes

Leo is one of the most knowledgeable and service oriented plumbers around. His prices are fair and he practices "green" plumbing without sacrificing water pressure or comfort.

I recently did major renovations on my house. My contractor hired this company to do the plumbing. Leo, the owner gave him a proposal and got the job. Withing a few months of starting, he asked for $10K more than what was agreed upon. He then proceeded to put a lean on my house. I've dealt with numerous contractors during this project, but this guy is a real con artist. I wouldn't recommed getting anywhere near this company. I know have to hire an attourney and sue him.
