San Diego Bath & Tile

San Diego Bath and Tile did a complete redesign and renovation of our entire downstairs (aprox 1000 sq ft.) which included kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and dining room. Our house was demo down to the concrete and studs. Josh has Amazing attention to detail and is incredibly responsive. He far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. We reached out to Josh to obtain a quote on a bathroom remodel nearly one month ago. Everything seemed to be going fine during the visit, and he assured us that he'd be in touch after the holiday via email to provide a quote. One month later, and after calling and emailing to check in, he hasn't bothered to follow up. I can't fathom being this unprofessional and dismissive in my own line of work, being a business owner myself. Consider this a red flag!

We consulted Josh about a fireplace remodel. All went well, until we asked him to break down his bid so that we could see the various cost components. Josh declined to do so and, in fact, withdrew his bid. Nice enough guy, just don't expect transparency in his pricing.

I recently hired Josh to do a backsplash with Carrara TIle in our Kitchen. Having hired Josh before for concrete and stone work, I knew that he had a lot of experience in tile as well. I also knew that he had the attention to detail that I was looking for in a professional. I would definitely use San Diego Bath & Tile again.

We were so happy with Josh's work on the backsplash that we had him back to do our bathroom remodels. Both guest and master. In both bathrooms we decided to keep our old cabinets to stay in budget but Josh and his team replaced our sinks, faucets, countertops, toilets

We remodeled our fireplace to have stone tiles over the existing brick. The tiles were not easy to work with and Josh did a great job. The top was uneven and he filled it in nicely. Even gave us some recommendations on color selections and mantel ideas. I would definitely hire him again

I had my kitchen back-splash done and granite counter tops put in by San Diego Bath and Tile. I was beyond pleased with the outcome! The professionalism and attention to detail was incredible, and I was so happy with the result that I had them do my bathroom floors and set up a future date for my fireplace to be redesigned as well.
Josh, the business owner, is an obvious professional in this industry and not only was a pleasure to work with, but has great design ideas for every space I was considering. There is no doubt I will call on San Diego Bath & Tile again in the future. =)
