Asher was so nice, polite, knowledgeable and very prompt! He was able to diagnose the dishwasher problem in minutes. Once the part was ready he came over right away and had it fixed in less than an hour! Highly recommend this company!

Our washing machine took a dump Sunday night after a fun weekend. Needed to laundry up for the long week ahead and boom! No washing machine
Looked around and called a couple repair companies that all wanted me to wait 2 weeks and pay $250 for a service call
Until I called this company
And I quote “I’ll be there in 3 hours “ wow I’m happy and then he called back 10 minutes later and askes if he can be here in 15 minutes
OK I’m impressed!!!

Critical: Responsiveness
I called Same Day Appliance Repair on May 30th 2021 and never received a return call. I thought maybe the Holiday was delaying a response. I again called and this time I received a text stating the business is temporarily closed until March 20th? Wish Asher updated his voicemail to reflect being closed for months.

Asher was GREAT. I called in the morning and he was at my house in the early afternoon. My dryer had not been working properly and he came out to diagnose. He was quick and efficient and very honest when he found no problems. He walked me through a couple of things I may have been doing wrong. I will definitely be calling him again in the future with any appliance issues.

Excellent service from Asher and his crew! They were quick to respond, figured out the problem with my squealing Maytag dryer and had the part it needed with them so I was able to get back to laundry that same afternoon. They also solved an issue my Maytag washer was having staying level. I appreciated their Covid precautions. Knowledgeable, kind and professional. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend!

My LG washing machine was useless until repaired. Panic time. I was amazed when I called Asher at Same Day Appliances Repair. He was here just a few hours later, very knowledgeable and professional and had the needed part in his vehicle. The bill was less than I expected and we are up and running on the same day. Amazing. This will be my go to for all our future appliance issues. Very highly recommended.
